the air conditioning was REALLY noisy and i couldn't switch it off. Hotel personnel also wasn't able to do so and promised to bring the technician who never came. also, if you travel by car, it's difficult to find A parking nearby if you arrive late! unlike other expensive hotels, they don't help you.

the staff was charming. rabie and mustapha at breakfast offered excellent service. my room saw daily high standard service. breakfast had a fantastic selection and dinner proved delicious for the reasonable price. airport transfers provided stress free travel.

my room did not have windows overlooking the outside. this was a big disappointment. i would have appreciate an option for exterior views.
