the location was acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.

the air conditioning was excessively noisy. i was unable to switch it off, even after reporting it to the hotel staff. they promised to send a technician, but no one ever came.

amazing choice airport transfer

The breakfast choice changed daily. The chef provided information. i recommend the airport transfer. It reduces stress.

The restaurant does not serve alcohol. Moroccan wines are excellent.

noisy air conditioning difficult parking

the air conditioning was REALLY noisy and i couldn't switch it off. Hotel personnel also wasn't able to do so and promised to bring the technician who never came. also, if you travel by car, it's difficult to find A parking nearby if you arrive late! unlike other expensive hotels, they don't help you.

charming staff excellent service daily service

the staff was charming. rabie and mustapha at breakfast offered excellent service. my room saw daily high standard service. breakfast had a fantastic selection and dinner proved delicious for the reasonable price. airport transfers provided stress free travel.

my room did not have windows overlooking the outside. this was a big disappointment. i would have appreciate an option for exterior views.

the pool sits in a serene courtyard perfect for city escape. the water seemed impeccably clean. comfortable lounge chairs invite total relaxation, ideal for soaking the sun after city travel.
